Terms of Service

The rules for using the Dreamoraa platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dreamoraa mobile application, vendor application, and website (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Dreamoraa ("Dreamoraa", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Dreamoraa is a marketplace that connects customers ("Users") with independent third-party service providers and sellers ("Vendors") who offer services and products. Dreamoraa is not the provider of the underlying services or products — Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, timing, safety, and legality of what they deliver.

Our role: We provide the technology to discover, book, and pay for services and products. Contracts for services and products are formed directly between the User and the Vendor.

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, service requests). By submitting it, you grant Dreamoraa a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and content (excluding User- and Vendor-submitted content), is owned by Dreamoraa or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Ratings & Reviews

Users may rate and review Vendors after a completed booking. Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms, are fraudulent, or contain prohibited content.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk for other Users, Vendors, or Dreamoraa. You may delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMORAA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT VENDORS WILL PROVIDE SERVICES TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMORAA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY VENDORS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO DREAMORAA IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamoraa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at rajdave710@gmail.com to attempt informal resolution.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
